The RUPES® Systainer T-Loc case provides you with a carrying and storage solution for tools, consumables and accessories whether working or on the move.
RUPES® S2 Series mobile dust extraction systems incorporate the Systainer T-LOC modular system so that you can stack and lock your case to the unit for ease of access.
PFX50 ATEX PRE-FILTER
The PFX50 separator is a separate pre-filter that can be connected in line with a S2, KS or KR2A turbine system to further expand its capacity as an extractor for harmful aluminium dust. It can also be used to seperate dusts such as carbon fibre and fibreglass.
KC28 MULTIPURPOSE TOOL TROLLEY
The KC28 is a Multipurpose Trolley that’s designed to work efficiently in combinationwith RUPES® S2 Series mobile dust extraction systems.
It’s a compact, manoeuvrable and versatile, mobile workstation with expanded capacity to store tools, consumables and accessories to further increase efficiency and reduce lost time during jobs.
PNEUMATIC SANDERS
The RUPES® Skorpio III Random Orbital palm sander with 150mm pad is extremely quiet in operation, with tremendous power and low vibration.
The newly designed pneumatic Skorpio III is the quietest random orbital sander in its class. Further, it comes in a choice of orbit sizes (3, 6 and 9mm) to suit specific applications.
The ergonomically-designed body is coated with anti-slip rubber for better handling, the throttle lever is designed to support the operator’s wrist during operation and fits perfectly into the tool body to eliminate “pinch points”, with internal balancing of the components results in extremely low vibration and the double row bearings ensure greater life and smoother operation.
All are vacuum-ready to work with RUPES® dust extraction systems.
- RH353A with 3mm orbit is designed for finishing applications that use P320 and higher-grade abrasives. The small orbit, combined with high rpm and proper abrasives, delivers a high-quality, perfectly prepared finish.
- RH356A with 6mm orbit is also designed for finishing applications using P180-P320 abrasives, though combined with a larger orbit for a wider finishing area
- RH359A with 9mm orbit widens the working surface even more for the fastest material removal and is ideal for abrasives below P180.
ELECTRIC SANDERS
The new Skorpio E Random Orbital sander is the first RUPES® Random Orbital electric sander using advanced brushless motor technology.
The high efficiency brushless motor guarantees power and performance for virtually any application, maintaining pad speed even under heavy load conditions.
The Skorpio E features optimised ergonomics which make it comfortable and easy to use, and the innovative design provides manoeuvrability and balance to guarantee precise sanding results.
It’s also quiet, lightweight, and a low vibration level to maximise comfort.
The 3mm orbit is designed for finishing applications that use grade P320 and higher abrasives. The small orbit, combined with the high rpm and proper abrasives, delivers a high-quality finish.
The 6mm orbit is for the best combination of material removal and surface finish. The 6mm orbit is 20% more time efficient than a traditional 5mm orbit and, when using abrasive grades between P120 and P320, generates the same high-quality finish.
The RUPES® SSPF orbital sander with 115x225mm pad is a classic RUPES® sander; robust, reliable and dust-extraction ready.
Ergonomic design, geared transmission, efficient cooling system with anti-dust filters, rubber pad for rolled abrasives and high abrasive performance rating to mean that the SSPF sander is ready to work.
The geared rotary motion of the RUPES® EK200AES sander provides maximum removal rates and a significant saving of time and energy.
All electrical parts are insulated with special resins for better protection and longer lifetime of the tool and the sander is designed for use with RUPES® dust extraction systems. Pressure regulator eliminates the ‘blow-back’ effect of the base-pad on the surface.
Can be used with side-mounted handles (available separately). Suited for any application where faster, more aggressive material removal is desired over a wider working area.

HOSE & CONNECTOR
Extend the mobility and versatility of your RUPES® dust extraction systems with additional genuine RUPES® anti-static hoses in 5 metre and 8 metre lengths, for pneumatic and electric tools
The RUPES® design puts the cable and air hose sheath externally to the suction hose so there’s no loss of performance.
The terminal part of the hose is conical for better ergonomics and to further improve tool suction and performance.
Anti-static material allows more efficient dissipation of electrostatic charges generated during the sanding and dust extraction process.
